Something for Alex collects fans and donates to McDuffie Manna each summer.

The first drive, with your help, S4A collected and donated 100 fans in July 2019.

Well the Georgia heat returned in 2020. S4A’s goal was to match up to 50 fans and our community’s help allowed us to surpass the goal of 100. Something for Alex was able to collect and donate 198 to McDuffie Manna in 2020.

In 2021 we completed collecting fans during the month of May and our goal was 160 (S4A matched up to 80 fans). With the help of our wonderful community/state and those from many parts of the US, we surpassed our goal of 180 and were able to collect and donate 304 fans. This helped so many families in our area! We continue to be amazed with the support we get to make sure as many families in McDuffie and Warren Counties stay cool every summer. We had donations from as far away as Denver, Colorado Springs and Phoenix! Our local churches also supported our efforts along with friends and families all over our community and state!

In 2022, S4A completed its 4th Annual Be a Fan of Manna Fan Drive matching 100 fans and helping collect a grand total of 242 fans and after announcing our total we got 4 more increasing our total to 246!

6th Annual S4A Fan Drive 2024

With our continued support from so many we were able to match 100 fans for Manna and together collected and donated 300 fans to help clients in McDuffie, Warren and Wilkes Counties this summer!

7th Annual S4A Fan Drive 2025

We had another successful year in 2025, donating 373 fans total to McDuffie Manna! We have OFFICALLY hit over 2000 fans donated since the start of this drive.

8th Annual S4A Fan Drive 2026

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, the 2026 Become a Fan Drive collected 264 fans for local families in need this summer!

Even more amazing, over the past 8 Become a Fan Drives, our community has donated a total of 2,178 fans to MANNA.

This impact wouldn't be possible without the support of local businesses, churches, nonprofits, civic clubs, Sunday school classes, schools, families and individual donors who chose to make a difference. Every fan represents comfort, relief and care for someone facing the summer heat.

Together, you've helped improve the lives of more than 2,000 of our neighbors, proving that small acts of kindness can create a lasting impact.
